FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Straight answers. If your question is not here, get in touch and an engineer will reply.

Ask us a question
Do I need to be on a plan to get emergency help?

No. Emergency support is open to everyone, not just plan customers.

What should I tell you?

What has gone wrong, when it started, the address of the site or server and the control panel or platform it runs on. Anything you have already tried helps too. Please do not send passwords through the form; we will ask for access securely.

What happens after I send the form?

Your message goes straight to our engineers. An engineer will reply by email and start work straight away.

Want this to never happen again?

Our plans add 24/7 monitoring, firewall management, malware scans, safe updates and checked off-site backups to every server.
