Terms
The terms that apply when you use this website.
Last updated: 5 November 2026
These terms apply to your use of serverdefenders.com. Specific support work is also covered by the details we agree with you in writing (for example by email) when you take a plan or ask for emergency help. These terms are provided for information and are not legal advice.
Using this website
You may use this website to learn about our services and to contact us. You must not misuse it, for example by attempting to gain unauthorised access, introducing malicious code, or sending spam through our forms.
Information on this website
We work to keep the information on this website accurate and up to date, but it is general information about our services and does not form a contract on its own. Prices are shown per server per month and may change; the price that applies to you is the one we confirm when you sign up.
Plans
- Plans are paid monthly per server.
- You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time with no exit fees.
- Covering two or more servers gives a 5% saving on the total.
- What each plan includes is described on our pricing page.
Emergency support
Emergency support is open to everyone, not just plan customers. We will confirm the scope of emergency work with you before or as we start.
Access and credentials
Please do not send passwords or other credentials through our website forms. We will arrange secure access with you directly.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for having the right to let us work on the servers, sites and apps you ask us to support, and for telling us about anything that may affect the work.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law. Otherwise, we are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable, and website content is provided as general information only.
Links to other websites
Where this website links to other websites, those links are provided for convenience only and we are not responsible for their content.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, without affecting any rights you may have to bring a claim where you live.
